What we collect
The appointment form collects your name, email, phone number, preferred clinic, and preferred time so we can respond. We do not ask for diagnoses, images, or medical history through the public form.
UAE compliance note
Before launch, the clinic must confirm the licensing authority, facility licence number, privacy policies, and data-hosting arrangements with the relevant health authority.
